When taking a hire vehicle abroad for business or pleasure it is necessary to obtain the appropriate paperwork to comply with European legislation. This means the driver obtaining paperwork such as the "Vehicle on Hire" certificate.

Please ensure that you have fully and correctly completed this application to avoid delay in issuing the certificate. Please allow at least seven days from the date of your application to receipt of your Vehicle on Hire certificate. If you are travelling within seven days, please call us 01332 476 071 so we can arrange special delivery at a charge of £15.00 + VAT. A signature will be required on delivery. Your travel documents will be posted within 7 days, if you do not receive these documents please contact us on 01332 476 071.
